1.   Discussion of Organizational Matters and Reports (1:00-2:00 PM)

This discussion will take place in the same location as the salon, and members are invited to attend.

2.  Audition of Works by Members and Guests (2:00-4:30 PM)

 Mark Landson, Le Mozart Noir, live performance by Mark Landson, violin and Patricia Garcia Hill, piano.  Movements: 1. Rondeau, 2. Romance, 3. Minuet, 4. Chase, 5. Lament, 6. March, 7. Reminiscence, duration 18 minutes.

Christopher Sahar, 1.  untitled pieces for organ, duration 7-8 minutes.  2.  Revision of choral piece he presented last year (duration not indicated).

Timothy Miller, Chorale and Variations for organ solo, MIDI performance, duration 8 minutes.

Frederick Boyle, Palindrome Canon #6, electronic music, duration 8'42".

Philip Foster, 1.  Skyplums, 2 Bb and 1 bass clarinet, recording of live performance, duration 4-5 minutes.  2.  Osprey Song for string quartet, MIDI performance, duration 4-5 minutes. 

Dana Richardson, Two Rhapsodies for solo piano. Video of live performance, duration 12 minutes.

Robert Cohen, Serenade and Rest, two new choral works.  MIDI performance, duration 8 minutes.

Dary John Mizelle, Dialogues for Clarinet and Marimba,MIDI realization, duration 6’30”.

Eric Heilner, Short Story for Mixed Ensemble, new version for Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Viola, Piano.  MIDI performance, duration 6 minutes. 

Any remaining time will be devoted to auditioning works brought to the Salon.

3.  Refreshments (4:30-5:00 PM)

 

Note: Because of the large number of submissions for this salon, we may ask those of you with multiple submissions to play only one of the works, or only some of the movements.
