"I am pleased to invite you to the performance of my piece RED SKY for concert band, to be performed by the Junior Band of Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, conducted by Dr. Richard Titone. The concert is Wednesday, June 11, 6 pm in the Concert Hall of LaGuardia High School, located at 100 Amsterdam Ave. (between 64th and 65th Streets). RED SKY began as a work for solo trumpet, performed at the November 10, 2013 NYCC concert at Kupferberg Center for the Arts at Queens College, which the composer developed into this large-scale work for concert band."
