“fresh compositions…bold performances…” review of March 6 concert

The Glass Blog has written a wonderful review of the most recent NYCC concert.

You may recall this concert’s originally scheduled date was delayed due to a winter storm. Published March 13, 2014, Ted Gorodetzky writes of the rescheduled event:

Although it may have taken six weeks to get here, New York Composer Circle’s concert was a welcome arrival. The simple balance of joining solo voice and piano offered a program that, regardless of style or subject matter, always achieved an intimate and comfortable setting. … What’s more, these fresh compositions complemented by refreshingly bold performances were well worth the wait.

If you haven’t been to an NYCC concert in a while, come and see what you’re missing! Our next concert is April 22. and you can read the details here:
